Usher in the New Year as an Usher at the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center

AVENTURA, Fla. – Arts lovers of all ages are invited to feed their passion in 2024 as volunteer ushers at the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center. The venue is offering a two-hour orientation course on Sunday, January 7 at 11 a.m.

The volunteer usher corps is a dynamic mix ranging from retired seniors to high school students who earn community service hours. Volunteers choose a regular evening or matinee shift to greet patrons and usher them to their seats.

By committing to volunteer throughout the current arts season, volunteers will contribute to the cultural community of South Florida and be part of the venue’s thrilling lineup of dance, theater, concerts, comedy and delightful variety events.

Those interested in volunteering must first apply online at aventuracenter.org/support/volunteer. Applicants will be contacted by the volunteer coordinator prior to the scheduled orientation to confirm attendance.
